For satellite communication services, activation will occur within 7 working days after the payment confirmation.
For colocation services, access to the facilities and setup details will be provided within 7 working days upon successful subscription and confirmation of requirements.
Once your service is activated, we will notify you via email or through your account on our platform. No physical shipment will take place as all services are virtual.
